This elegant resort, located in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, is just a four hour drive or train ride from Washington, DC. Throughout its history, the Greenbrier was once a military hospital, housed a working post office and even a secret bunker which one can tour. And given to all who tour – a package of postcards! Awesome!

I’m watching an Apocalypse movie on the SyFy channel about a string of F7 tornadoes all over the earth, and the scientist-heroes are being evacuated with Congress from the DC-metro area. To where you might ask? That’s right, the Greenbreir Hotel!!!
